Is it legal to text customers for reviews?
Yes, when you have the customer's consent. Review-request texts are governed by the TCPA, which generally requires prior express written consent for promotional messages. Rhody Reviews captures that consent, instantly honors STOP and opt-out requests, sends only during permitted local hours, and logs every message, so you stay within TCPA and FTC rules while it handles the mechanics.
Does Rhody Reviews use review gating?
No. Review gating, which means asking only happy customers or screening out unhappy ones, is explicitly prohibited by Google and the FTC, and it can get all of your reviews removed. Rhody Reviews sends the same honest request to every customer, individualized after each job rather than in bulk blasts that platforms flag as artificial spikes.
Can I offer customers a discount or gift for leaving a review?

You get 14 days free. When the trial ends, your first charge is one 4-week cycle: $59. After that you are billed every 4 weeks at the same rate. Rhody Reviews emails a reminder before the first charge.
What if I cancel?
Cancel during the free trial and you pay nothing. Cancel after your first charge and your subscription stops renewing at the end of the 4-week period you already paid for. You keep full access until then, and you are not charged again. Rhody Reviews does not prorate or refund a period you have started. Cancelling takes one click in your account settings. No phone call, no runaround.
Do you offer an annual plan?
